1. Age Restriction

This website and its products are intended for adults aged 18 years and older. By using our website, you confirm that you are legally of age to purchase vaping products in South Africa.

2. Website Use

By browsing or purchasing from this site, you agree to abide by these terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for ensuring that the details you provide (address, contact info, etc.) are correct and up to date.

3. Product Availability & Pricing

  • All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refund any order where stock is no longer available or errors are found in pricing.
  • Prices are in South African Rands (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.

4. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are processed only after full payment has been received.
  • Quickpuff does not accept cash or manual orders — all purchases are made via the website or, if available, through the Mr D app.
  • We do not accept returns or refunds once an order is fulfilled, except under limited Dead-on-Arrival exchange terms (see Refund Policy).

5. Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch orders promptly, but delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed.
  • Quickpuff is not liable for courier delays, third-party delivery issues, or failed deliveries due to incorrect address details.
  • For customers using the Mr D app, delivery terms are governed by Mr D’s own service policies.

6. Returns & DOA Exchanges

Due to the nature of disposable vape products, we enforce a strict no-return, no-refund policy. Exceptions are made only for devices that are Dead on Arrival (DOA) — customers must report faults within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video proof. Full details available on our Refund Policy page.

7. Health & Safety Disclaimer

  • Quickpuff does not provide medical advice. Use of our products is at your own risk.
  • We do not guarantee that our products are safe for everyone. Please consult a health professional before use if you are unsure.

8. Limitation of Liability

Quickpuff shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website, services, or products, including (but not limited to) health issues, delivery failures, or lost revenue.

9. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by South African law. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with local jurisdiction in the Republic of South Africa.
